Nutrition guide

Each item page is the nutrition record. The dashboard and the shorter guides point at those pages instead of replacing them.

What an item page includes

Open any item for calories, protein, carbs, and fat. US items list sodium. UK items that publish salt list salt instead, and this guide does not convert salt into sodium. Ingredients and the allergen line sit on the same page when they are stored.

The Baconator is one example: $9.99, 1,001 calories, and 63 grams of protein. The same fields exist across the menu. A blank macro stays unpublished.

The short reads

The nutrition dashboard names the light end, the high-protein end, and a value read. Three guides go further without copying every item: lowest calorie meals, high protein meals, and allergens and ingredients.

What the numbers are not

They are not a medical plan, and an allergen label is not a guarantee against cross contact. Custom orders, such as no bun or a sauce on the side, are not given an estimated calorie count.

Questions

Where are the full nutrition facts?

Open an item. The page lists calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sodium or salt, plus ingredients and allergens when those lines are stored.

What if a macro says not published?

That figure was not in the stored line. This guide does not fill the gap with an estimate.

Is a high protein item a low calorie item?

No. The highest-protein burgers are also high in calories. The lowest calorie guide is a separate page.
